We are now looking for someone to do the same job I am doing now for Gameful, that is coordinating volunteers ! Please take a look and spread the word

We want to choose a volunteer coordinator who has clear reasons as to why they are driven to help aspiring games for good designers. Experience playing, making and working with innovative game makers are beneficial to this role. It is also critical you be well organized. Extra points if you color code your life in to do lists and spreadsheets.

Individuals well suited to this role:
- Are able to track multiple projects at once and work with the team to ensure nothing is left unresponded or lost.
- Have demonstrated great communications skills and the ability to make volunteers and users feel valued as members of the community
- Have strong writing skills and can craft messages with clear objectives
- Blend coachability with confidence as they interact with members and volunteers
- Think strategically and offer insightful ideas to improve the communication processes at Gameful.

Requirements:
- Help the community manager talk to aspiring game designers
- Organize volunteer meetings
- Stay abreast of all community management projects
- Reach out to volunteers to make sure they’re actively engaged
- Design & program pages occasionally to help improve the community communication process

Time commitment: 12 hours / week for 3 months (with the possibility of extending the position further after the 3 months end).
